Sadly 8 years ago I lost my brother Dean, to a brain tumour. He was one of the most kindest, considerate, warm and generous people I had the pleasure of knowing. We miss him all the time.
Dean's Children are 12, 10 and 8 were very young when he left us, but his memories and everything he was and did adorn all our homes as prints either in frames or albums, he is everywhere. When coming back from holiday one of the children said that they were glad to be going home "to see daddy".
So, when I have moments in my work and business (like we all do) and I feel down I remind myself of what a fantastic job we do and how very important it is to take, print and share such precious memories.
Our Society today can be quite disposable, taking and leaving images on phones or tablets and sharing (for the moment) with our "friends". But...remember the value in that image and all that it stands for in our forever journey.
The pictures we have of our Deanie feature everywhere and the photograph I have shared today is one of the only photos Orla has of her and her Daddy and is without doubt her most treasured posession, keep yours safe and value your moments.
